Team Member is the core of the company in which our operations depend solely on this position. The duties and responsibilities include lifting more than 50lbs, working in austere environments and conditions, working long hours, tying and untying restraint systems, using machinery to maneuver containments, understanding basic oilfield operations, taking counts of inventory, using high pressure sprayers to clean, fix and maintain containments, patching and repair operations on the containments, operating crushing equipment for existing barrels, cleaning and servicing parts to include shackles, restraints, skids, air hoses, spray guns, handling substances for cleaning, digging clean outs, building permanent walls, laying concrete, sizing, measuring and surveying land for containments and anything else directed by the Crew Leaders and Field Managers. Must have a valid Drivers License.
Must be able to prepare surfaces for coating, using sandblasting and other techniques. Applying specific coating using the appropriate equipment. Work in the shop/warehouse, perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment, clean work areas, or assist in other divisions as necessary when not on assignment. Repeatedly lift and carry 70 lbs, work in outdoor conditions and enclosed environments, walk, climb, lift, bend, squat, kneel, grip, reach and pull. Able to perform work while wearing a respirator in a confined space or as otherwise required. Work on hands and knees for several hours a day. Sit and drive for several hours at a time. Must have 1 year of experience in selected field for consideration.
Must be able to perform small engine repair. Perform all necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on company vehicles, trailers, heavy and light equipment. Complete daily maintenance and repair logs. Communicate with employees and keep repairs and maintenance program up-to-date. Responsible for adhering to department requirements and standards of quality and safety. Diesel/Automotive trade-specific training preferred. Previous mechanic experience with vehicles/diesel trucks, heavy/mobile equipment, trailers, etc. Prefer experience with Gas and MIG welding as well as DOT and Safety requirements. General mechanics and maintenance of vehicles, trailers and equipment. Licenses or Certifications should have a Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License.
Duties and Responsibilities will include repairing temporary drive over containments by cleaning, patching, grinding, and replacing floors and side wall containments. These technicians will be working outside in all conditions, and will be required to use hand tools, sprayers and pressure washers to clean and maintain the drive over containments that will be placed back into inventory. Their responsibilities will include maintaining the equipment necessary to perform these tasks such as trouble shooting and fixing small hand tools, machines, and pressure washers. They will need to excel in taking initiative, work with minimal supervision, have exceptional teamwork skills and be able to understand and follow instructions.
Duties and Responsibilities will include the handling, receiving and shipping of materials ordered or sold. Moving large items with forklifts, bobcats, and trucks allowing operations department to move quickly during deployment. Will need to have organizational skills required to minimize the movements of items thoughout the yard. These members will need to have a basic understanding of operations of small machinery, and be able to move these items including pressure washers, cool down trailers, trash trailers, and gooseneck trailers around the yard. They will assist in the maintenance of these items as well as posess basic mechanical skills. They must be able to work in austere conditions, and be able to lift more than 50lbs. They must have a current state issued driver's license.
